Victor Konijn: Managing Director

Victor is co-founder of Plutonic Zoo and has been Managing Director since 2001.

Victor brings to Plutonic Zoo over 23 years experience in business management. Prior to setting up Plutonic Zoo he worked with international corporations across industries in project management, marketing, sales, and regional management roles. Victor has worked and lived in Australia, Europe, India, and China.

Victor has perspective and experience in aligning parties with different expectations. With his facilitative approach he helps his clients to clarify complex circumstances and connect perspectives. Victor works with his clients to create practical resolutions for issues and formulate a clear way forward towards intended outcomes.

Victor holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands (MSEE) and he is a certified Cinergy Conflict Coach. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a practitioner member of the Australian Association of Dispute Resolvers (LEADR).

   Ken Methven: Director Delivery

Ken is co-founder of Plutonic Zoo and has been Director Delivery since 2001.

Ken has worked in Information Technology for over 32 years, including 14 years in senior management positions with global corporations, and 10 years consulting. Ken has formed and provided leadership to teams that have ranged from small project groups to Corporate Divisions of over 200 people. Ken has a background in system development and has managed projects of all sizes up to $100m+.

Ken has also initiated and managed start-up organisational units in Sales and Marketing, Infrastructure and Technical Support, and the development and productising of new service lines.

Ken has perspective and insight on business processes, the synergy with technology, and the possibilities and limitations of information technology products in delivering return on investment.
